Answer: Select a category and request a pair of videos for review. Listen to at least the first 10% of each video (The Cast Vote button won't apprear until you do). Then simply move the sliders into the approximate area in which you think the videos rating belongs. The system will automatically select the winner based on which vote is higher. After you cast your vote, you will see a chart of ranges. The closer your vote is to the center of the range, the higher your voter rating. Your voter rating goes up when you successfully vote withing the range that all other voters have also voted. A wide range means a big diversity of votes, and a narrow range means that most voters agree in their ratings. If you vote outside the range, the system will detect the vote as an attempt to "game" the system and throw it out, and your voter rating will go down. Your voter rating is important, because a high voter rating can win you cash and prizes.
